Johnny Good, CEO and Creative Tsunami
As Producer/Director/Creative Director Johnny has 23 years of leading edge media production, integrated digital marketing and live event experience that he brings to the table. He has developed, written, directed and produced hundreds of award-winning programs with rich-media and interactive capabilities -- supporting ongoing brand marketing and high growth sales campaigns at dozens of leading corporations worldwide.
Johnny continues to innovate and break the mold of entrepreneur, marketing pioneer and storyteller -- and one thing his clients will agree on is that "...he keeps it fun and gets it done!"
Johnny started Good Company Communications in 1991 -- and continues to produce and partner with leading corporations and executives worldwide -- bringing his brand of creative, high value, growth and sales driven marketing along with him.

John J. Assalian, VP Production and Technology
John Assalian offers a decade of experience in the media technology business, beginning with his development of computer communication applications for the Department of Veterans Affairs in San Francisco. In 1994, John founded Dasein, an Internet & Media company, that created communication systems for hundreds of corporate clients in the game, high-tech and entertainment sectors. Dasein pioneered many firsts in the computer industry, including search engine design, QuickTime movies, and streaming media. Dasein's many awards include Grand Prize at the 1995 QuickTime Film Festival, and its creative work has been featured in international film festivals worldwide. At Good Company Communications, John focuses on online media products and services. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa with degrees in Economics and History from Binghamton University – and has an impressive knowledge of Asian culture and language.
Kelly Good, VP Operations
With over 20 years experience in the marketing, sales and event-based marketing arena, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to Good Company Communications. From advertising and logistics to content creation, Kelly has a proven track record of not only successful, but also profitable programs. She produced and founded the first-ever North American AutoCAD User Group Convention and Autodesk University. She has designed, produced and directed countless events, large and small, from face-to-face client education programs to international corporate conferences. Kelly has held a number of senior marketing positions at several hi-tech corporations including Autodesk, SBT Corporation (a subsidiary of Computer Associates) and Fair, Isaac and Company. Kelly is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), member of Meeting Professionals International and the Association for Convention Operations Management.
Cynthia Faust, Controller
Cynthia Faust has over twenty years experience in providing financial management and guidance to entrepreneurial businesses. With a far-reaching grasp of the challenges faced by today’s business owner, she brings a hands-on approach and a no-nonsense attitude to the rigors of business accounting and financial management. Cynthia has served as CFO, Financial Controller and Treasurer in multiple industries including private equity & placement, FINRA/SEC-Registered broker-dealer, winery & vineyard, semiconductor equipment engineering, and food & beverage operations.
Cynthia graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She also holds several securities licenses, including Financial Operations Principal Series 27.
Tom Jagger, Sr. Technical Director
Tom has been creating advanced media projects since 1989. He comes to Good Company Communications from Comstock Media, a premier digital media solutions facility headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. There, Tom produced and managed media content for clients such as Heinz Foods and Westinghouse Electric Company. Tom is also well-versed in building large-scale post-production operations and managing media solutions projects from concept through team implementation. He is currently developing our high volume streaming media facility.
Tabatha Bonetti, Asker, Producer
Tabatha has worked in PR, event and marketing production for 20 years, providing pre-production, logistics, communication, planning and deployment for corporate, technology and private events. She has worked both as a vendor and employee for high-tech companies, including Microsoft, AccPac, Autodesk and Broderbund Software -- producing hundreds of technical and business events with outstanding results.Tabatha brings precise and meticulous attention to our events -- and her extensive technical network enables her to secure the best resources for our clients. Tabatha balances priorities and deadlines --producing some of the most seemingly effortless and successful events in the business.
Sonia Russell, Sr. Manager Operations & Logistics
Since 2002, Sonia has created, supported and managed countless projects and events with a skillful level of organization, attention to detail, strategic planning and creativity. Add to this sample skill set, an incomparable desire for precision, care and commitment to excellence in service, Sonia offers a plethora of talents to make any project or event successful. Prior to 2002,Sonia was the Director of Conferences for a company that produced events in the mobile computing and data communications space and has planned events not only in the US, but in Europe and Asia as well. She graduated from UC Berkeley in 1995.
